These are brief presentations from business executives in the context of the MSc Banking and Finance classes. The presentations are offered primarily to the above students but other students with a keen interest in Banking and Finance matters are also welcome.

Short bio of the speaker
Theodoros Papakonstantinou is a Strategy & Operations Principal of Deloitte Greece and Head of Advisory Services in Deloitte’s Thessaloniki office. He has more than 12 years of management consulting experience in various industries including Travel, Hospitality & Leisure, Shipping & Ports, Manufacturing, Agribusiness, Food & Beverage, Education and Real Estate. He has lead numerous projects in the areas of financial and operational restructuring, strategic business planning, feasibility studies development, business process and organizational redesign, performance improvement and M&A for numerous clients in the Greek market, mainly SMEs and family-owned businesses. He holds a degree in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, Greece, a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Cranfield School of Management, UK, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and a Certificate in Team Management from Harvard, USA.
Finally please note that the students who attend the elective course “Risk Management in Banking” will be able to attend Mr Papakonstantinou’s lecture, as Prof. Gogas’ lecture on that day will be from 17.30 till 19.30 and from 20.30 till 22.30.
