Customer Support Advisors (German Speakers)
- Provides technical support service, using a professional approach with excellent, proficient telephone techniques and high quality communication
- Provides guidance to customers through online tutorials and in-store programs on how to resolve different issues on their own and helps them install applications
- Working experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset
- Excellent command of German language
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- High level of computer literacy including experience with various telecommunication devices, operation systems, software applications and other tools
- Ability to show signs of being a fast learner and possessing excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Graduate in IT
