Customer Support Advisors (German Speakers)

Job Description:

• Provides technical support service, using a professional approach with excellent, proficient telephone techniques and high quality communication
• Provides guidance to customers through online tutorials and in-store programs on how to resolve different issues on their own and helps them install applications

Candidate Profile

• Working experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset
• Excellent command of German language
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• High level of computer literacy including experience with various telecommunication devices, operation systems, software applications and other tools
• Ability to show signs of being a fast learner and possessing excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Graduate in IT
