Randstad Hellas is seeking to employ an Exports Administrator located in Thessaloniki
Responsible for direct distribution and customer contact in European/Asian region.
Coordinate communication between clients needs & company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Enter customer orders
• Coordinate export shipments, expediting when necessary
• Prepare export documentation
• Review Letters of Credit as necessary
• Correspond daily with customers and sales force via fax, phone and e-mail
• Quote stock availability and prices
• Represent company in international fairs/exhibitions
Person Characteristics
• Very good knowledge of Russian & English language
• Excellent PC skills in Microsoft office software
• Excellent communication skills, polite, professional personality
• Team oriented
• Educated at university level (essential)
