The CSA representative is responsible for handling information enquiries, focusing on the delivery of a high quality, customer oriented service to external clients. Requests are received e-mail from external customers. Services provided may include, but are not limited to, the following: First point of contact, general Information support, pre-sales support, data management. They have knowledge and experience in using a few specialized tools and procedures to address the requester's needs. Forward higly complex matters to the appropriate knowledgeable source. Primary measurement is customer satisfaction with the handling of the requests.

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE

  • University degree
  • Excellent command in the Greek and English language
  • Excellent use of the MS Office

  • Communicative with ability to work under pressure.
  • Good teamplayer and flexible
