The CSA representative is responsible for handling information enquiries, focusing on the delivery of a high quality, customer oriented service to external clients. Requests are received e-mail from external customers. Services provided may include, but are not limited to, the following: First point of contact, general Information support, pre-sales support, data management. They have knowledge and experience in using a few specialized tools and procedures to address the requester's needs. Forward higly complex matters to the appropriate knowledgeable source. Primary measurement is customer satisfaction with the handling of the requests.

- Excellent command in the Greek and English language
- Excellent use of the MS Office
- Communicative with ability to work under pressure.
