malikourtisBorn in Athens in 1945.

He graduated from the Law School of the Athens University and joined the Greek Foreign Service.

He served in Western Europe (Belgium, Germany, Ireland), the Balkans (Turkey, Bulgaria, Albania, Romania) and the Middle East (Kuwait).

Married, with two children.
