Exclusive Seminars Series – “Valuation and Structure of an M&A cross-border Transaction”

 

The IHU School of Economics, Business Administration and Legal Studies organize another event in the series of “Exclusive Seminars” for our students.

 

These are brief presentations from business executives in the context of the MSc Banking and Finance and MSc in International Accounting, Auditing and Financial Management classes.

The presentations are offered primarily to the above students but other students with a keen interest in Banking and Finance or International Accounting and Auditing matters are also welcome.

During the next event, Mr Antonios Mouzas, Partner at Core Capital Partners S.A., will speak about “Valuation and Structure of an M&A cross-border transaction”.

The presentation will take place on Thursday, 21 April 2016, 19:30-20:30, Room B3.

 

Short bio of the speaker

 

Antonios Mouzas has over twenty years working experience as a board member and other senior positions in foreign, Greek banks and multinationals in three countries. His educational background includes Bachelor in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an MBA from ALBA Business School with Honors after scholarship and post graduate studies at INSEAD, France. Antonios served as a Bank Board member and Executive Committee member in Turkey, Romania and Greece. His responsibilities covered mainly the areas of corporate, investment banking, credit underwriting, recoveries and NPL portfolio sales.
