The apartments on the east side of Thessaloniki are mostly unfurnished. As an indication only, rents for the various types of apartment are as follows:
Studio (bedsit) 280-350 €
One bedroom apartment* 300-450 €
Two bedroom apartment* 350-500 €
Three bedroom apartment* 450-650 €
(*with living-room, kitchen and bathroom).
Apart from position, prices depend largely on the age of building and the floor (buildings usually range between 3 and 7 storeys).
