The workshop will be in two parts.

The first part will look at the essentials of a business plan (with a focus on the ICT sector), Dos and Don’ts and examples of recent startups.

The second part will discuss the "lean startup methodology", sources of finance for innovative startups and how to approach investors.

Instructor:

Georgios Gatos, a professional with experience as a consultant and as an Investment Analyst. He is also the coordinator of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit.
