Home ICT: Market Trends and Employment Opportunities

The International Hellenic University School of Science and Technology
is pleased to invite you to an event titled

ICT: Market Trends and Employment Opportunities
on
Wednesday, 22nd February 2012, in the University Auditorium from 17.15-20.30

Advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have been driving innovation and change at a global level during the past decades. However, the rapid pace of innovation, the shifting technological balance that globalization has brought about as well as the current financial crisis all mean that those involved with the ICT sector need to maintain an up-to-date view of global ICT market trends.

This is particularly the case for aspiring ICT professionals. Students, prospective students and young professionals need to have access to current and up-to-date information about the global trends in ICT technology and the ICT job market. Acknowledging the significant need for more information to young professionals and students, the International Hellenic University (IHU) School of Science and Technology is organizing an ICT related event where leaders in the field from academia and the business sector, from Greece and abroad, will share valuable knowledge and expertise and interact with current and prospective students.

Attendance is free to students, young ICT professionals, the general public and all those who wish to become familiar with the global ICT marketplace.

Scientific Coordination: Prof. Ioannis Vlahavas, Dean, School of Science and Technology

The working language of the event is English.

Attendance certificates will be provided upon request.
