Achillas Charisios Academic Assistant, PhD in Mechanical Engineering, School of Economics and Business Administration

Dr. Charisios Achillas is an Academic Assistant at the School of Economics and Business Administration, International Hellenic University. He graduated in 1999 from Aristotle University's Mechanical Engineering Department. He then continued with an MSc in Engineering Project Management from UMIST, Manchester, UK. In 2009 he was granted with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Aristotle University Thessaloniki in the field of integrated waste management of industrial products and optimisation of reverse logistics networks. Since 2003, he has been involved in educational activities of the Aristotle University's Mechanical Engineering Department, as well as in several domestic and European projects.

His research interests focus on the area of Environmental Management, Life Cycle Analysis and Sustainable Development.
